Take Care of those little things to keep customers

  No matter how small your home based business, you really need to take care of your customers. And that means you cannot lie against them. I recently bought on eBay and was very disappointed with the seller. I had bought things from her before, so I had certain expectations. The 3rd order were two of the broken.


eBay no longer allows the seller to charge for the insurance (go figure) in addition to some high end glass or fragile items. This seller stated that they called me for the broken items credit would.But a month went by and no refund was granted. now it was a very small amount of money, but if you get stuck with something like this for a bad customer service experience.

Of course, got this seller has not remedied the lack of a very positive assessment of me about this transaction. but shame about this seller has not remedied the lack of follow through on what was a relatively small refund as a result.Its not do what they promised made me sure do not want to do business with her again and I won't.

It does not matter how small your home based business-whether it's on eBay or a larger company, you will lose customers by blowing up small things like this. and dissatisfied customers will not hesitate to use their voice to express their misery and the eBay feedback system even little things can have an impact, so make sure you take care of this "cleaning items folder in your home business.
